11. The steam tunnel is designed with double-walled heat insulation and does not give heat to the outside.

12. Steam pressure and amount can be adjusted precisely with proportional steam control valves (SAMSON). 

13. The tunnel is synchronized with the sleeve label applicator machine, so the steam valves can be controlled from the sleeve applicator.

14. Energy saving is achieved by enabling the tunnel to operate in cold mode, warm mode and hot mode according to the working and stopping times. 

15. Tunnel settings are viewed and controlled via the PLC in the sleeve machine. This PLC has recipe structure that will allow to store all temperature parameters for each product.

16. The tunnel can operate at 0.5-4 Bar / 110-140 C⁰.

17. There is a safety valve for sudden increases in steam pressure.

18. With the newly designed steam trap system, the condensed steam can be collected and discharged from the central drainage system.

19. From the vacuum cabinets at the inlet and outlet, the exhaust fan over the production area vacuum the used steam out from the tunnel.

20. Each Cabin is equipped with a heat exhaust/ventilation system for temperature dissipation.

21. Each Cabin has digital temperature indicators.

22. With the flywheel system, the steam nozzles can be adjusted up and down and back and forth without opening the doors of the steam tunnel. With this system, the position of the nozzles can be controlled more easily without opening the windows of the tunnel.

23. The automatic operation of the steam tunnel according to the flow of the line by communicating with the sleeve machine saves energy. The steam tunnel can be closed and opened automatically by controlling the temperature from the touch screen of the sleeve machine.

24. Every Window has safety switches. The window do not open until the tunnel passes cold mode.

25. The Windows of the tunnels are made of a heat resistanced glass with 25 mm thickness 

26. The steam tank is double walled to insure that there is no heat transfer.

27. The chain of the conveyors made from INOX (model 82.50 mm). 

28. Adjustable side barriers to control the motion of the products.

29. The steam tunnel is equipped with enlarged viewing windows to provide an improved field of vision for the operator.
