GENERAL CLARIFICATION TEXT

This "Clarification Text" has been prepared for individuals whose personal data we process, including the relatives of prospective employees, relatives of employees, shareholders, suppliers, supplier employees/authorized representatives, individuals receiving products or services, employees/authorized representatives of individuals receiving products or services, and visitors. As SLEEVE MACHINERY INDUSTRY AND TRADE LIMITED COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data and your rights under the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the "KVKK").

I. Data Controller

The Company operates at the website www.sleevemak.com and at the address İkitelli O.S.B. Mah. Pik Dökümcüler San. Sit. Sk. No:27 Tem34 İkitelli B2. We process your personal data as the data controller under the KVKK, which includes data in categories such as finance, physical space security, audiovisual recordings, legal transactions, communication, identity, professional experience, customer transactions, and personnel data.

II. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: management of emergency processes, management of information security processes, management of job application processes for prospective employees, fulfillment of employment contracts and legal obligations for employees, conducting training activities, managing finance and accounting operations, ensuring physical space security, managing assignment processes, conducting communication activities, managing occupational health and safety processes, conducting business operations/supervision, managing logistics activities, managing procurement and sales processes for goods/services, managing the production and operational processes of goods/services, organizing and managing events, conducting risk management processes, managing contract processes, handling foreign personnel work and residence permit procedures, providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, and conducting management activities.

III. Who Your Personal Data Can Be Transferred to and for What Purpose

Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations to fulfill legal obligations; with an independent auditing firm conducting social compliance audits to ensure business continuity; with an accounting office for managing procurement/sales processes, communication, logistics, finance, and accounting operations; and with a software company for the execution of information security processes.

IV. Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected through automatic or non-automatic methods based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, such as fulfilling legal obligations, provisions in laws, signing contracts, and the legitimate interests of the data controller. Data is collected either orally, in writing, or electronically. In this context, personal data is processed through non-automatic methods such as phone calls, face-to-face communication, contract signing, issuing invoices, etc., or through automatic methods such as camera recording systems in shared and working areas and email transmission.

V. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights, and you can submit requests related to these rights by filling out all the required information in the Application Form, as per Article 11 and the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, and the Notification on Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller:

a) By physically coming to our headquarters at the address of İkitelli O.S.B. Mah. Pik Dökümcüler San. Sit. Sk. No:27 Tem34 İkitelli B2,  

b) By sending a notarized letter or a return receipt requested letter to our office, in order to verify your identity and prevent providing information to incorrect persons,  

c) By sending an email to the registered email address “info@sleevemak.com” or using any other method that may be determined by the Board in the future.

Your requests will be processed and answered free of charge within a maximum of thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires additional costs, the fee may be charged according to the tariff specified in the Notification on Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller by the Personal Data Protection Board.
