1. Our machine is manufactured from stainless steel AISI 304. other parts made from hard anodizing aluminum that has high wearing resistance.
2. Sleeve label applied on products automatically through linear line system.
3. The product container (head unit) has an automatic vertical adjustment feature.
4. With its mobile frame design, the machine can be easily moved and installed between different production lines.
5. The machine is designed to apply the Sleeve labels on glass , plastic , PET , PE and metal products.
6. It is designed in accordance with the principles of fast, high quality and efficient production.
7. The entire production line can be monitored and controlled through the touchscreen HMI.

9. With range 40mm to 200 mm the length of the products can be adjust by moving the main block upwards and downwards automatically
10. Thanks to its advanced user-friendly software and hardware, the machine is easy to set up and operate.
11. The knife system and label feeding system are driven by servo motors.
12. The rotary knife system provides precise, error-free cutting and label discharge capabilities.
13. The machine contains 4 servo motors.

15. The separating distance between the sleeve labels must be 4-5 mm

17. Our machine can work on Product´s diameters with range from Ø40 mm to Ø110 mm with suitable equipment’s (guide and blades´ box) you can change easily between the products by changing the related equipment.
18. The parameters and setting for different types of products can be saved on the memory of the PLC system.
19. Operating speed (capacity) varies according to packaging dimensions.
20. In the event of product absence at the sleeve machine infeed, the machine will stop and remain in standby mode.
21. All sensors used in the machine are of German manufacture.
